Thomas Burns '94, CPA, was installed as president of the Buffalo chapter of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Michael Olfano '92, MBA '94, was named CEO of PCA Technology Group.

John D. Shine, MBA '94, was named senior vice president and financial adviser at Trubee, Collins & Co.

Elizabeth Vealey '94, MBA '94, was named president of the Chippewa Alliance board of directors.

Adam Storch '02 was named vice president for enterprise planning and reporting at Fannie Mae. Storch previously served as chief operating officer and managing director for the Enforcement Division of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Alumni Spotlight: David Langless, EMBA '11

David Langless, EMBA '11, CPA, was promoted to chief financial officer at Tops Markets, where he will oversee all finance, accounting and planning strategies.

A leading full-service grocery retailer, Tops employs more than 16,000 associates at 162 supermarkets across upstate New York, northern Pennsylvania and western Vermont.

Langless joined Tops Markets in 2008 and during his tenure has held the positions of director of financial reporting, and vice president and chief accounting officer.

Prior to joining Tops, Langless served as director of financial reporting at Mark IV Industries and spent six years in the assurance and business risk services practices of Ernst & Young.
